Mounding evergreen short-lived perennial growing 2-20 in. tall. Yellow or cream petals alined in cross-shape Endemic to Northern coast of California from Sonoma to Santa Cruz. Found in coastal strand, scrub, and valley grassland. Bloom period is elastic between late winter and late spring. Full sun. Varied soils. Low water. Deer resistant.
