Polyphemus Moth by NatureTats
The Polyphemus Moth is our most widely distributed large silk moths. They are found native from southern Canada down into Mexico and in all of the lower 48 states except for Arizona and Nevada. Named for it's beautiful large 'eye' spots, after the one-eyed giant son of Poseidon and Thoosa in Greek mythology- one of the Cyclopes described in Homer's Odyssey. This multi-image tattoo can also be cut into separate images and applied around the body in various creative ways- displaying the stages of its life cycle.
NatureTats, by Allison Wilcoxen, is a celebration of nature through beautifully hand-drawn wearable art. In special celebration of our native wilderness, these beautiful temporary tattoos are not just accessories; they're nature-inspired invitations for self-expression. Perfect for a fun pick-me-up, festivals, and daily wear. They're more than just a gift—they're a unique way to add charm to your self display!
